As was discussed in Part I, Frank Comstock was one of Ray Heindorf’s favorite arrangers. Here are some clips from the films he worked on.

Comstock made eight albums with the Hi-Lo’s, among the finest vocal group recordings ever made. Choosing just a few tracks is hard, but someone has to do it.
